Refund and Returns Policy  for Qedra Ceylon

1. Introduction

Thank you for shopping at Qedra Ceylon. We strive to provide the highest quality Ceylon cinnamon and spices. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. For any questions or concerns regarding returns or refunds, please contact our team at info@qedraceylon.com.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Your item must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that due to health, safety, and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for food items and spices once the seal has been broken or the original packaging has been opened. Only unopened, sealed items are eligible for return.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@qedraceylon.com with the following details:

• Your full name and order number.
• The reason for the return.
• Photographs of the product if it arrived damaged or defective.

Once we receive your email, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your return package.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

6. Exchanges (Damaged or Defective Items)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@qedraceylon.com with clear photographs of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible.

7. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs.
